My fibre optic internet isn’t working. What can I do?
1. Check that the cables are connected properly.
2. Turn off or unplug your router for 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
3. If you still can’t see your Wi-Fi network, check if the WLAN light on the router is lit up. If it isn’t, press and hold the WLAN button on the side of the router to activate it again.
4. Check if it is working again.
