My landline isn’t working. What can I do?
1. Check that the cables are connected properly.
2. Turn off or unplug your router for 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
3. If you have another landline telephone, try connecting it to the TEL1 port on your router to rule out a problem with the device.
4. Check if it is working again.
