The ON/OFF service allows you to temporarily disconnect your fiber optic rate while you do not need it, for a monthly fee of €4.99.
The reactivation of the service is immediate from the moment it is requested. This service is ideal for people with second homes or for people who spend long periods away from home and don't need their Internet to be permanently connected.
If in addition to fiber you want to deactivate a mobile line, you can also do so. Please note that you will not be able to call or receive calls or SMS, nor browse or use your mobile data during the period in which it is deactivated. When you request that the line be reactivated, you will keep your mobile phone and the rest of the conditions that you had contracted for immediately.
How do I contract the ON/OFF service?
You can contract the ON/OFF service at your nearest Avatel store or by calling the customer service number 1790. Activating the service for the first time costs €39.99 single payment. In order to hire it, it is necessary that you do not have permanence.

Please note that if you want to request the reactivation of your rate, it will be done 5 days after the day of request.
If you reactivate your rate before the 20th of the month, an immediate invoice will be generated for the full amount of your rate.
If you deactivate your rate, it will become effective on the 1st of the following month and only the ON/OFF service fee (€4.99/month) will be billed.
